Successfully our participation performed at DBX at Sulaimani, our presence at the DBX exhibit included presenting and detail clarification of our services to the visitors and media and let them learn how to get the maximum use of our services. Our booth includes a point of sales (prepaid and postpaid) SIM and Scratch cards. As well as showing a map on our current and future coverage. Beside all those we distributed Asiacell special gifts (BTL) to the visitors, VIP and media key persons. Asiacell’s proficiency proved by visitors’ reaction and the DBX staff’s attitude, that Asiacell received one of the three top honor gifts, which have been granted to three best exhibitors.

Our participation goal at the DBX exhibition, and achievements
1. We explained our current & future coverage area to the visitors.
2. We distributed 5000 leaflets and 2500 BTL.
3. In the course of our professional presenting for the services and managing our booths we could create a good image for our company and enhance our relations with other companies and individuals.
4. We could win the prize of one of the top three exhibitors which got from the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and (Sulaimani Chamber of Commerce), as one of the best exhibitor
5. We were able to explain our services for the visitors directly and in detail.
6. We could act upon re-advertising for (Postpaid and Bulk SMS) services.

Asiacell participated in Kurdistan DBX Trade Show in Erbil, during Sep. 15-18, 2005.
Asiacell participation in the Trade Show was reserving a booth of 3X3m in the exhibition area.
Our most important targets of this participation were
1. To give a good and a strong image to our company among other companies
2. To present Asiacell services and coverage to the Exhibiters and the people
3. to be available in this Trade Show for it was open in Kurdistan for the first Time
4. to establish better contact with other companies inside and outside Iraq

Our team succeeded in delivering our messages to the attendees through the good organizing of the details.
