Select Asiacell

Feel at home with Asiacell's roaming service in Iraq. 
When you arrive to Iraq, switch on your GSM handset, you will see Asiacell displayed on the screen in one of the following formats:

418 05

If your handset displays a different code, you can easily manually select Asiacell's network.

Making National Calls

To call a mobile number: dial the network code of the operator the 7 digit phone number (077x xxx-xxxx).

To call a landline number: dial the area code the 7 digit phone number. To call a phone in Baghdad you would dial: 01 xxx-xxxx.

To call a phone in Sulaimaniya you would dial: 053 xxx-xxxx.

Making International Calls

Dial 00 Country Code City Code Number. For example, to call a landline in the UK, you would dial: 00 44 208 xxx-xxxx.

1.  Call 111 for any inquiries during your stay in Iraq (chargeable call)

2.  In the case of an emergency, please call 112 (free of charge)
