Asiacell Donates 125 Million Iraqi Dinars to Support Healthcare and Children in Iraq

Asiacell, the leading telecommunications and digital solutions company in Iraq, has announced the donation of 125 million Iraqi Dinars in support the healthcare sector and child welfare, as part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The donation was allocated equally between the Iraqi Home for Creativity in Baghdad and the Hiwa Hospital for cancer patients in Sulaymaniyah, with 62.5 million Iraqi Dinars granted to each entity. This aims to support the medical and humanitarian needs of both institutions and strengthen their efforts in serving children and patients.

Over the past week, a delegation from Asiacell paid two official visits to the beneficiary institutions in Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah to deliver the donation. This reaffirms the company's commitment to supporting humanitarian and health initiatives that leave a direct, positive impact on the community's well-being.

On this occasion, Mr. Faruk Mustafa Rasool, Chairman of Asiacell, stated:
