Bundles general features:
- No carry over policy for unused units.
- Customer can subscribe at any date and can subscribe more than one time.
- Only one Package can be renewed (last subscribed to)
- Customers can cancel their subscription by sending 0 to designated Short code or by using the USSD *299#.
For Prepaid lines:
- Customers can inquire about their remaining data units by using *133# as they will get SMS notification.
For postpaid lines:
- The renewal of the data bundles will be on every 27th of the month, while for daily and weekly there will be no renewal.
- The data packages are prorated (bundle fees and quota) while there is no proration for daily and weekly.
- Bundle fee will be deducted from the local postpaid spending limit
- Subscribing to daily and weekly bundles while having an active data bundle will lead to cancelling the renewal of the data bundles.
Customers can inquire about their remaining data quota by dialing *294*1# as they will get SMS notification.
