Both of original owner SIM and new owner have to visit the main Asiacell shops to do this process of changing owner ship.

The SIM owner should bring the original or color copy from these documents( National ID and Information Card or ration card)

The new owner should bring same documents of old owner (National ID and Information Card or ration card)
