This new prepaid line from Asiacell is dedicated to small business owners across Iraq. It allows business owners to subscribe to the 'I-Control' business package and distribute its units free of charge among all lines under the account using the 'Asiacell Business' mobile app. The main subscriber line retains full responsibility for allocating these package units to the rest of the lines-subs.

The new line offers business owners the opportunity to subscribe to one of five distinct SOHO I-Control packages. Each package provides a bundle of minutes and messages to all networks, a Business Ring Back Tone service, and internet data tailored to the selected package size, subject to the maximum number of secondary lines allowed for that specific package.

The new Asiacell I-Control Business line can be purchased at all main Asiacell shops, as well as through the dedicated SOHO business sales team where the subscriber shall submit the supporting documents required to practice the business to open a new business account with Asiacell.

The I-Control main line subscriber can use the 'Asiacell Business' mobile application—available on the Play Store or App Store depending on the device—to assign the required units to each line under the account. However, any subsequent request to change the ringtone file costs a 30 days subscription fee of 2,000 IQD.

Q12. Can the main line I-Control bundle subscriber know the amount of the units used by each secondary line in their account?
Yes, through using their “Asiacell Business” mobile application and checking each line usage.

No, consumer subscribers' lines cannot be transferred to I-Control lines, as I-Control lines are for new subscribers' lines only.
Q21. How to activate I-Control lines for small businesses?
To activate I-Control lines, the business sales team shall first use the Asiacell electronic registration application to enter the subscriber's data. They then submit the activation request to the B2B sales support team, including the following details:
- The main account line number for which the I-Control package will be activated.
- The name of I-Control package required.
- The total count of lines and their numbers to be activated.
- The type of package required.
- In the event of a request to activate the business melody service, the customer needs to submit the file to be activated for the lines in the CRBT system.
