To ensure a seamless transition, all customers received complimentary, unrestricted voice and data access on 11 April while engineers executed the cut‑over, allowing the migration to conclude without service disruption.
The cloud‑native "BSS" unifies prepaid and post‑paid operations on a single platform, integrates charging, billing, "CRM", and voucher management, and embeds AI‑driven analytics. This architecture shortens time‑to‑market for new offers from weeks to hours, provides "360‑degree" subscriber visibility, and streamlines internal processes, boosting operational efficiency.
