Asiacell welcomed a distinguished group of students and faculty members from Al-Turath University to its Data Center in Baghdad as part of an educational visit aimed at strengthening the practical dimension of academic learning and providing students with a firsthand insight into the working environment of one of the telecommunications sector’s most important technical facilities.

During the visit, participants were introduced to the operations of data centers and the advanced technologies employed by Asiacell in managing and operating its digital infrastructure. They also explored the equipment and systems used, as well as the operational and security measures that ensure service continuity with high efficiency and reliability.

This visit reflects Asiacell’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and empowering youth by sharing its expertise with Iraqi university students and bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications, thereby contributing to the preparation of a qualified generation capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in telecommunications, information technology, and digital transformation.
