Package Features:
- Customers can subscribe to the bundles using the USSD menu *387# and following the instructions, or by sending the bundle subscription number in SMS to the short code 387 or through Asiacell mobile application.
- Customer with an eligible line can subscribe at any time and select any package, and in the event of requesting to purchase more than one package, the subscriber must cancel the current package and subscribe to the new package.
- Each package has its own validity period which is one month starting from the day of subscription/ renewal.
- The package will be renewed automatically when sufficient balance is available.
- If there is more than one package, the last package subscribed to will be renewed.
- To cancel the subscription, send 0 to 387 or call *387# where you are able to use the remainder of the package until it expires.
- The remaining package units can be checked by dialing *133#
- In the event that there are other packages, such as Internet Speed packages, the usage priority will be for “Tafawoq” first.
