Asiacell Business Self Care service is a friendly web interface where corporate customers can view all their employees’ lines, group them and manage them directly from their PC screen.

Asiacell Business Self-care portal will allow corporate authorised person to assign voice minutes & SMS bundles to his company’s employee’s lines. Not only that, they can also transfer balance to their employee’s prepaid lines manually or automatically according to a programmable schedule.

There is no need to visit Asiacell shop or call the customer care center; you can manage your employees’ lines directly from your office.

How it works:

1. Corporate customer can request their Self-Care Portal access through corporate sales team.

2. No software installation is required on the customer’s PCs as they can use any web enabled browser to access the system from the link below:

(3) Self Care Portal will have a virtual wallet, where all usage and transactions will use this wallet, such as purchasing bundles and credit transfers.

(4) Customer has to fill their wallet first for their future usage.

(5) Customers can refill their wallet either by cash payment in the shop or by buying Asiacell scratch cards where they can enter the scratch card PIN code in their Self-care portal, and their wallet balance will be updated immediately.
