Local calls which violate the Customer Service Centre at the numbers (111 - 323) – Terms & Condition:-

  1. The terms "user, users" listed in these Terms and Conditions refers to the subscriber\subscribers with Asiacell Communications – PJSC.
  2. The terms “Asiacell, we, us" listed in these Terms and Conditions refers to Asiacell Communications – PJSC (the company or Asiacell).
  3. Customer Service Center works to serve Asiacell subscribers, answer their queries\complaints and solving problems related to Asiacell lines and services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  4. Contacting Customer Service Center number (111 - 323) is free of charge.
  5. Since this center is specialist with the help of the subscribers and to ensure a fair use policy, therefore, in case if it is out of the reasons criteria that this center was founded on which are represented with providing support to subscriber, Asiacell has the right to take the appropriate action to prevent such cases and calls non-professional (offense).

The non-professional (Offense) calls can be defined as follows:

First: Uttering verbally with abusive and hurtful words with Customer Service employee, also speak Offensive or make fun of Customer Service employee and other similar calls.

As Asiacell will take the following: -

  1. Warn the subscriber with a text message.
  2. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for a period of seven days
  3. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for a period of thirty days
  4. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for an unlimited period until the abuser presented to the direct Asiacell Shops Center and vowed not to abuse anymore to the Customer service employee.

Second: Harassing Customer service employees and try to flirting verbally or topics nothing to do with Asiacell services and products.

As Asiacell will take the following: -

  1. Warn the subscriber with a text message.
  2. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for a period of seven days
  3. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for a period of thirty days
  4. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for an unlimited period until the abuser presented to the direct Asiacell Shops Center and vowed not to abuse anymore to the Customer service employee.

Third: Contact the service center for the purpose of entertainment or children calling without querying about Asiacell products and services

As Asiacell will take the following: -

  1. Warn the subscriber with a text message.
  2. In the case of repeated abuse, the abusing Number will be listed among the transgressor ban list of the possibility of connecting the Customer Service for a period of seven days
  3. Arabic version is adopted in the interpretation the terms and conditions, as well as legal and other similar issues, and in case of conflict between other copies of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version is adopted.
